Tyler Allen (born November 15, 1987) is a NASCAR race engineer. Allen holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Washington, is enrolled in UNC Charlotte MBA program, and is currently employed at RAB racing as the race engineer for the No. 99 Nationwide Series car, driven by James Buescher. Allen joined RAB racing in 2013 after spending 15 months working with Venturini Motorsports as a mechanic, car chief and race engineer. While at Venturini motorsports he worked as car chief for Billy Venturini and drivers Alex Bowman, Brennan Poole, and other up and coming NASCAR drivers. Allen has focused his career on motorsports and engineering and continues to increase his skills and knowledge in preparation to be a Crew Chief in NASCARS Sprint Cup Series.
